I had the good fortune to visit the Vatican City. There is a long queue and a crowd but all worth it when you get your first glimpse of the magnificent St. Peter's Basilica. It was massive and the interior is just spectacular.

The Vatican Museum was overwhelming with its art, sculpture, history, and culture. Even the hallways and staircases were elaborately detailed. The inspiring ceiling of the Sistine Chapel will leave you in a complete awe. I wish I had a picture to share but taking pictures were not allowed inside the Sistine Chapel.  

What was incredible was to see people from all walks of life - sinners, saints, and angels - come together to peacefully take it all in.
